STEP 3: DURHAM MISSIONS PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

This weeklong community service missions project is designed to help students be socially responsible in their communities. Students in the Durham Missions Project (DMP) will serve the neighboring communities of Durham, North Carolina. DMP will include serving residents of the Cornwallis community; serving in the House of Mercy food pantry; helping the practical grounds work needs of the church and community; and working with the staff of Durham Rescue Mission.

Date: July 1-6, 2024 (July 4th off)

 

COST

Cost: $200 (raised via partnership)

This amount is included in the $4,000 partnership Summer Project students will raise through the Ministry of Partnership Development (MPD).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only students who are in the Summer Project can do Step 3. Students will be raising a financial partnership team for this mission trip. All partnership will be raised through Managed Missions.
